hey - i was hoping more new buyers would have found you by now... the anticipation! Have you heard any news about projected closing dates? According to the prospectus, the projected date of the first closing was supposed to be July 2007 - and according to our contracts, that only gives them until july of 2008 to close the first apt, before buyers can get out of their contracts (not that i have any intention of doing that!)
Have you gotten to see the pool yet? The ads are saying it's open and to come for a swim... i wonder if they are being literal, and how many people are showing up in swim suits....
Hey! Another early-buyer here. Apts/Lofts is still telling me late summer/early fall... who knows whether that's true or even something they think is potentially true, but that's the word on the street.

Have you been to visit recently? I'm planning on going this weekend. Haven't seen the pool since it was only just a hole in the ground. I hear the gym is done, and the spa. Can't wait! I wonder what percentage of the building is sold....
Berserkgirl -- did you make it out to Olive Park this past Sunday as well? I was hoping I might run in to you but we got there right at 1 and we're back in the city before 2. Let me know if you got any great pictures.
